The first day of safari starts from Arusha to Serengeti National Park. Since you arrive in January you will track the Ndutu wildebeest Migration in Southern Serengeti. With our experienced driver guides, it will be a trip of a lifetime! According to the last few years pattern, the possibility of sighting the migration is in the Ndutu region from last week of December to March. Hence, this tour is recommended for the tour date between last week of December and March only. Spend two days at Serengeti and then head to Ngorongoro crater. Ngorongoro Crater is popular for the co-existence of Humans and wild animals. The Crater was once a mountain and later on erupted caldera which is a home to 30,000 animals.

The drive to Ndutu is about 5.5 hours covering a distance of 260 Kms. 2 hours commencing the drive, you will enter the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA) where you will notice the landscape changing from hilly forests to plain and green grasslands. Once you reach Ndutu you will begin a half day game drive with a convenient stop for your picnic lunch
Sweeping grasslands cover the region which gradually fade into the Serengeti. Ndutu forms a part of the route for the annual migration of more than 2 million wildebeests and thousands of zebras, antelope and gazelle. On January, you will be able to see the fertile plains turn into calving grounds and nursery for the great migration. This season attracts herds of predators prying on vulnerable young wildebeest.
Crested with Ndutu lake and Lake Masek, these waterholes offer plenty of wildlife game during the dry season. Here you will spot every member of the Serengeti national park. Alongside this is the best place for birdwatchers as area is occupied with millions of bird species. Along the way, you'll spot everything from the enigmatic dik-diks to towering elephants, and everything in between. The Seronera is often known as 'big cat country', and its kopjes and acacias provide an excellent opportunity to spot the lazy lions, sleek cheetahs out on the hunt, and leopards overseeing everything from their lofty perches.
